This house is in a very friendly neighborhood. We don’t have side walks so everyone walks their pets in the street. You have many places with in walking distance of the house. If you bring a service animal I will need to see documentation that the pet is trained to be a service animal. This is a 4 level home It’s large areas, so large groups can gather in one place along with 4 floors to put distance when needed. Jacuzzi tub in Master bathroom and fireplace in master bedroom and in the lower level family room to relax with. No food or drink allowed on the 3rd or 4th floors. You have access to the whole house Attached garage hold 2 cars. Drive way can hold 4 more cars if more space is needed there is a back driveway that can hold up to 8 more cars I can meet you at check in and answer any questions you may still have. Walk you thru the house to make sure you know what’s available and where things are stored. Or you can just access with the code provided the day of checkin. I am also reachable by phone or text Dog friendly neighborhood with park within walking distance from house with trails for walking/ hiking or kayaking with or with out pets. Corner country store and pizzeria right across the street from house Plenty of parking space on front driveway depending on size of car/truck 2 can fit in garage and 4 in driveway. If more parking is needed there is a back driveway with a private garage that can hold another 6. If more space is needed please reach out to get details for additional parking options Please note only guests registered for the stay are allowed on property and pool area. No jumping off ladder or diving into pool. If you would like to host additional guests for the day or over night please share the details so we can come to an agreed plan to manage your situation. If found with extra guests you will loose your deposit.
