All bedding is cotton and new as well. On the ground floor, the sofa, dining table and chairs are new. You will have a living room on the ground floor equipped with a 55-inch TV overlooking a terrace with access to the garden and pool. Also on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate 8 people, adults and children with: - Oven - Microwave - Cooktop with extractor hood - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Large refrigerator - Large freezer - Nespresso coffee machine - Toaster - Juicer - Complete tableware including children's tableware - Pots and pans - Dishes Upstairs a living room overlooking a spacious balcony also equipped with a 55-inch TV. Guest access You will have access to almost the entire home, apart from a small room upstairs that we use to put our personal belongings and the upstairs entrance hall (useless and used for laundry) Other things to note The accommodation was completely renovated and fully completed in July 2023 If you have a baby, please specify this to us when you book, we will provide you with a travel cot with the necessary sheets. Normal check-in is between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., if you know your arrival time at the time of booking, please take the option. At the time of check-in, a fee of €43.05 will be applied for a late check-in between 10:00 p.m. and midnight, and after midnight the fee will be €71.34 if the option was not taken at the time of booking.
