The space Our property is a split level home. On the top level, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms with closets plus a full bathroom with tub/shower. On this level, the primary bedroom has a patio door leading to a private deck overlooking the yard. The main level has a living room with wood fireplace and plenty of seating. The kitchen and dining area adjoins this with a feature vaulted ceiling plus several large windows. The kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, other kitchen appliances, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. The patio door leads to a newly finished deck which wraps around the house. The side entrance has a vestibule with a doorway to a second bathroom with stand-up shower and a stacked washer/dryer for laundry. A few stairs down from the main floor leads to a large bedroom and a newly renovated recreation room. This rec room has a gas fireplace, stone mantel and cabinetry. The lower level has a new room for extra dining or a late night poker game. The utility room has some storage plus additional items you might need during your stay. Outside, you'll find a large driveway to park 6 vehicles, plus a backyard firepit. Enjoy time if the hot tub if you'd like. The outdoor shower will be a memorable experience...and practical too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, along which you'll pass the local park with tennis court and playground. Guest access Guests are allowed to access the extent of the property with the exception of a locked room in the basement, the larger storage shed outside and any trailers belonging to the owner.
