The Delta Loft

Large One bedroom upstairs apartment. Queen size Murphy bed in living room. Big bathroom and well stocked kitchen. The space is remodeled and has all new appliances. The Loft has a street view, and is easily accessible off the sidewalk. Location is walking distance to the restaurants, bars, deli and grocery store. Pull through parking at the side of the building for trailers and plenty of parking spaces in the front of the building. The space This large freshly updated apartment has tons of storage. Lots of natural light. When we renovated the building we were able to save some of the Traditional narrow strip hardwood floors. It adds a unique character and keeps the turn of the century charm from when the building was first constructed. Comfortable bathroom, king size bed, all new LG appliances, new cookware and utensils. High quality cotton towels and bedding. New king size bed with separate TV in the bedroom makes a great place to stretch out after a long day exploring the UP. The living area is inviting and large. There is a queen size Murphy (Hide-a-bed) that pulls down to sleep two additional guests. Separate laundry room in the building and lots of parking. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants , deli, grocery store( a few blocks within walking distance) and the beach. Guest access Guests have access to hallways, parking areas and the laundry room. Very large parking area right next to the building. Other things to note Our building also has two other units available. The Delta Den and the Delta Next. The building is quite large. The downstairs back portion which is not accessible to guests is where I reside. The space has been completely remodeled through the years. All the apartments are equipped with institutional grade fire alarms. The exterior and common hallways along with the laundry room are monitored with security cameras. No cameras are inside any of the apartments. We have a hydronic heat system so no noisy or dusty air ducts. There is a large space for parking. Excellent water pressure. A free laundry room that guests are welcome to use. Each apartment comes with a large utility closet that is a great place for storing luggage, jackets and any extra items you may bring along. This apartment has full size appliances and a dishwasher making cooking and cleaning up a breeze. After all that's why we book a place with a kitchen! The Loft is designed and very comfortable for 4 people. There is a new couch, love seat and cushy chair in the living room along with a Queen size Murphy (Hide-a-bed). 4 chairs and a kitchen table. The bedroom has a new Nectar King size bed decked out with beautiful bedding. Extra bedding for Murphy bed is in the bedroom closet.
