Nestled in the heart of a 7500 m² park, our two houses of 80 m² and 170 m² offer a peaceful and comfortable setting for a pleasant stay in the countryside! Relaxation and entertainment guaranteed: two houses covering 250 m² with three bedrooms and one dormitory, two living rooms, one billiard room, two fully equipped kitchens, three bathrooms, and three toilets, all set in 7,500 m² of wooded grounds. The two houses face each other, 8 meters apart. The capacity can be increased to 13 people in total with the addition of an extra bedroom with a double bed: +€70/night (including cleaning fees and Airbnb fees). The bedroom (number 5 in the photo) located on the ground floor is OPTIONAL. * To confirm the reservation for the double room, enter 13 people into the platform's search engine. The bathroom and toilet are upstairs and can only be accessed by going through the master bedroom. Note: We have an affectionate and independent cat named “Chaussette” (automatic food dispenser). Guest access You'll have access to the entire estate. On request, it's possible to rent just one of the 2 houses and still enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note In the heart of the countryside on the border between Loiret and Yonne, in the Puisaye region. Typical Burgundy villages. Sunday mornings at Charny - Orée de Puisaye (10 min.), local producers' market. Tourist office for information on the many tourist sites in the area: Musée d'art brut/ Fabuloserie de Dicy (10 min.), Château de Guédelon (40 min.), Château de Saint Fargeau (30 min.), etc. Numerous flea markets, artists' workshops, events, café-concerts, vernissages... You can visit Montargis (the Venice of the Gâtinais), Gien and its porcelain, Rogny and its locks. The Roncemay and Vaugirard golf courses are 30 minutes away. Close to the Ouanne, a 1st category river for fishing. The region is ideal for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Burgundy wine-tasting stops on the Route des Vins are 50 minutes away (Chablis, Irancy, Coulange-la-vineuse). A little further afield, the wines of the Loire, Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé and Giennois.
