You can also enjoy Ave Maria Community center for amenities and National residents are permitted here as we are part of Ave Maria master planned community. The property comes with one garage car and the other car can be parked outside the garage door and if you have more than two cars then opposite the garage there are public open spots on a first come first server basis. If you love walking, you can walk through out the community, and you would just love it. People in Ave Maria are wonderful people and welcome anyone and accept who you are.
