Woodland PInes offers you a relaxing, spacious, private lower level of a large home with all of the guest areas having a spectacular view of Pike's Peak. Also included is the use of a 4 person hot tub on the private patio, also with views of the mountain, and use of the dedicated theatre room. The home is conveniently located in the rural Black Forest area of Colorado Springs approximately 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy. The space You will enter the lower level of the home by a private entrance. Owners occupy the upper level, however the guest level is entirely separate and private. Guest access All unlocked areas of the lower level will be for guest use and not shared by the owner. Other things to note Owner may require access to the hot tub area for maintenance during the guests' stay. The family/living room is equipped with a fireplace but it is not to be used. There is a firepit on the property but it not available for guest use. Local fire code restrictions prohibit it's use without a permit.
