The cozy sleeping area is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. ☕ Coffee Station Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a compact kitchenette that meets your basic needs. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee station, allowing you to enjoy light meals and beverages at your convenience. Savor a cup of freshly brewed coffee or warm up a quick snack before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Right by the coffee station, unwind in comfort while enjoying the convenience of a Smart TV for entertainment. 🍽️ Dining Settle in at the two-person dining table, providing a cozy space for enjoying meals or planning your daily adventures. Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a quiet breakfast, this intimate dining area offers the perfect setting to savor delicious meals and create lasting memories. 🛁 Bathroom Indulge in a rejuvenating experience in the newly remodeled bathroom, complete with a beautifully tiled shower. The original design of the rest of the bathroom and carefully selected fixtures create an inviting space for freshening up. We happily provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a hair dryer for your convenience. Guest access 🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire caboose, it's private deck, BBQ grill, and patio sating area. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late. 💲 Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request. 🌄 Views: Next to our property is an RV storage facility, but the views above that toward the mountain range are still great! 🏡 Shared Space: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
