"The house by the sea" 3 bedrooms – 100 m from the beach

You are less than 100 meters from the beach and the center of the village. Everything is in walking distance. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room/dining room with a wood stove and a small open kitchen. 2 balconies, one to relax and another to admire the sea or see the English coast. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and a large living room, distributed over 2 floors. - On the ground floor: a double bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 x 190), a sofa and a bathroom area with shower, sink and toilet. - 1st floor: the kitchen is open to the living room equipped with a wood stove, wc, and 2 balconies (1 parking side and 1 sea side). - 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower bath and sink). one bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses 80cm wide x 200), the other bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (80 x190) and a futon bed (140 x190) Linens are not included in your reservation. We can offer it as an option for €15/pers for the duration of the stay. This package includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, bath mats and tea towels. Please let us know when you book if you would like this service and the rooms to be equipped. All beds are fitted with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets. - The garage houses the essentials of the beach and can accommodate your sports equipment. - A Wifi solution common to the whole residence is available. The credentials communicated during the stay are individual, up to 6 devices Guest access Beach equipment is available in the garage for your use: beach games, mats, small deckchairs, parasol, windshield... You can also safely store your sports equipment there. Other things to note Linens on request and optional (sheets and towels). Cost €15 per guest for the duration of the stay.
