The residence in the Rue

A small residence, completely renovated and seismically adequate, immersed in the heart of the ancient village of Civitella Roveto, much appreciated for the beauty of its alleys, here called Rue, from which the name of one of the most famous events that takes place in the village in October, Lungo le Antiche Rue, has been borrowed. The space On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen, the latter is spacious and equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a sofa with TV in the living room. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. The whole house is very quiet and comfortable, in summer it is naturally cool while in winter, thanks to the radiant floor heating, the temperature is uniform. One of the two bedrooms has a TV. Guest access The house is entirely inhabited by guests on an exclusive basis. Other things to note The house is located within the walls of the historic center. You can get right in front of the house by car to unload your luggage, then it is preferable to park outside the historic center but still within walking distance.
