The space This 1,200 m² property, facing the ocean, has many advantages. Enjoy the sea view from every room! Enjoy meals indoors or outdoors on the large terrace overlooking the bay and soak up the sun sheltered from the wind in the beautiful wooded garden facing the sea. The house has a large garage for storing bicycles and water sports equipment. Everything has been designed for your comfort: teak garden furniture, sun loungers, Weber barbecue... A wide range of leisure equipment is available free of charge: badminton, surfboard, bodyboard, 2 children's bikes and 3 adult bikes (including 1 with a child seat), petanque balls, Finnish skittles, beach toys, board games, books, etc. Sleeping arrangements: there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 beds measuring 160x200 cm and 1 bed measuring 140x190 cm) and 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. The house has 2 bathrooms with a total of 3 showers, 1 bathtub, and 3 toilets. Other things to note The cleaning fee of €150 (mandatory) and the linen fee of €100 (optional) are to be paid on site at the beginning of your stay.
