We have designed this space with utmost care to provide you with a relaxing, comfortable, and affordable stay. Here are some important details and guidelines for your convenience: • Accommodation: Our unit is fully furnished with 1 bedroom, a balcony, and all the necessary amenities to ensure your comfort. It can accommodate a family or group of up to 3 members, with a double bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. We provide hotel-quality linens, pillows, bed sheets, and towels to enhance your experience. • Location: The unit is situated in Shore3 Residences - Tower A, offering easy access to various attractions and destinations in the area. Guest Access: • Swimming Pools: Guests can enjoy access to the swimming pools. Please note that reasonable fees apply and should be paid directly to the Property Administration. The fees are P150 on regular days and P300 on holidays per person. Important Notes: • Check-in Requirements: After confirming your booking, all check-in guests are required to submit a copy of their passport (for non-Filipinos) or any valid ID (for locals) via Airbnb or email. This is for proper turn-over to the front desk. • Guest Policy: Please be aware that the condo administration has a strict policy regarding unregistered guests. Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit, while unregistered guests may be entertained in the lobby. • Correct Number of Guests: Please ensure to indicate the correct number of guests for check-in. Failure to do so may result in the non-admittance of companions to the condo. —Visitor Authorization: If you are expecting visitors and would like them to enter the unit, kindly inform us at least 48 hours before arrival, so we can prepare a guest's authorization. —Maximum Occupancy: Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 4 persons at any given day. —Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in: Strictly from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out: Strictly on or before 12:00 noon. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability of the unit. Swimming Pool: —Pool Access: The swimming pool is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Reasonable fees apply and should be paid directly to the property management office. —Pool Permit: To use the facilities, a pool permit must be obtained from the condo management office. Please secure your permit early, especially if you plan to swim at night or in the early morning, as there may be long lines during busy hours. • Guest Assistance: If you need assistance for hassle-free use of the swimming pool, please inform us before your arrival, as we do not live near the area. • No Smoking Policy: Shore3 Residences is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. The smoke alarms are highly sensitive and can detect any smoke from the unit. Violators will incur a penalty of P5000. Cleanliness and Shoes Policy: • Shoe Removal: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly request guests to remove their shoes upon entering the unit. A shoe rack is provided at the entrance. —Clean Beddings and Towels: We ensure that every guest is provided with clean beddings, towels, pillowcases, and bathroom mats. If you have any additional requests, please inform us in advance. • Stain Charges: Any stains (such as hair color, body tanning spray, nail polish, or paint) found on the mattress, comforters, or towels after check-out will be subject to an extra charge. • Unit Cleanliness and Tidiness: Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy during their stay. Please remember that this is not a hotel, and cleaning is done after check-out. —If you require extra cleaning or a change of beddings during your stay, a charge of P1000 will apply. Please notify us at least one day in advance. • Long Stays: For guests staying for a minimum of 10 nights, cleaning is done every 5 nights or once a week. • Laundry Facilities: There is no washing machine available inside the unit, but laundry shops are located on the ground floor for your convenience. • Proper Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash properly in the designated garbage room located beside the elevators. • Cooking Facilities: Cooking is allowed in the unit, but please exercise caution when using the induction cooker. Make sure to use the range hood, as any smoke coming from the unit will trigger the alarm and may incur a penalty. • Care for Unit Items: We kindly request guests to handle the unit key, appliances, and remote controls with care. Any lost, broken, or damaged items may be charged to the guests. • Children: Families with young children are welcome, although we do not provide a cot. • Parking: A pay parking area is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis within the condo premises. —The fee is P50 for the first 4 hours, plus P50 for every hour or fraction thereof for every succeeding hour. —Overnight parking incurs a fee of P300, with an additional charge of P50 per hour in excess. —There is also a cheaper pay parking option available at Petron Gasoline Station, located approximately 200-500 meters away from the condo. • Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. —The condo administration strictly enforces this policy for security and the safety of all unit owners and tenants. —If you are expecting relatives or visitors, please inform us at least a day in advance, so we can advise the condo administration. • Loss or Damage: Claims for any loss or damage discovered within 24 hours from check-out will be charged against your security deposit. • Location Information: Shore3 Residences is situated along Seaside Blvd. cor Sunrise Drive, MOA Complex, Pasay City. • Same-Day Booking: For security and safety reasons, same-day or last-minute bookings are not allowed. —Please provide at least one day's notice (cut-off at 12:00 noon, Philippine time) for proper turn-over to the front desk.
