Moulin de Palacret Cottage Newly renovated in a chalet style, our cottage will delight all wood lovers. The view of the pond and the green surroundings will allow you to spend a peaceful vacation. Located 30 minutes from the beaches, you can also visit the towns of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, Paimpol, the island of Bréhat... You will also discover the pink granite coast, notably by hiking on the famous GR34. Our pool is heated from May to October. The space The cottage is next to our home. It breaks down as follows: DRC: Large dining room with entrance hall and sitting area, equipped kitchen (oil not provided), toilet, bathroom, bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and two single beds Half floor: living room with sofa bench, 160 cm mezzanine bed accessible by a staircase Floor: two bedrooms with double beds 160, bathroom, toilet Outdoors: terrace with garden furniture, barbecue (charcoal not included), petanque court, garden, pond, boat, pedal boat, swimming pool. Guest access The swimming pool is covered and heated from May until the end of the All Saints holidays. It is shared with another gite and the owners. You could enjoy inflatable toys and an aquabike for free. It is accessible from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. You will have access to the whole part of the garden around the pond. You can take a boat or pedal boat ride and fish if you have gear (no kill fishing, prohibited barbs). Other things to note We live with our pets, who roam freely: a dog and three cats. You will definitely have the pleasure of meeting them. Your pets are welcome with respect for others and the space. Please indicate them at the time of booking. Rentals for July and August from Saturday to Saturday. Nights such as EVG/EVJF are not allowed.
