Lovely 2 bedroom house in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7!

Lovely house with two double bedrooms, I work full-time in the area so am normally around to assist with anything you need, on occasion I'll be travelling and on those occasions my friends nearby will always be able to assist you. Check in time is flexible!My house has only recently been redecorated, rewired, new furniture etc in August 2022. It's within 5 min walking distance to all parts Stoneybatter/Smithfield, also 5 min walk to main bus routes, 10 min walk to Luas & 15 mins to the train. The space Bedroom one has a kingsize double bed, bedroom two has a regular double bed (please note this bed is small and may not be suitable for sharing). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need and the back yard gets lots of sun during the day! Most streaming networks available on tv. Parking is free after 7pm and at weekends, €1.80 per hour outside those times.
