Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom home in Petersburg, VA! Our cozy and comfortable space is perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. Our home is located in a nice neighborhood, just a short drive from local attractions like historic Old Towne Petersburg and Fort Lee. We can't wait to host you! The space NTERIOR The space consists of a living room, a TV room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. 4 Bedrooms -2nd floor, 1 king bed -2nd floor, 2 twin beds -3rd floor, 1 king bed -Basement, 1 queen bed 3 Full Bathrooms -2nd floor has shower and bathtub (separate from one another) -3rd floor master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower -Basement bedroom has a private bathroom with shower EXTERIOR An outdoor patio is also present, with a garden and patio furniture. ***Please note, although there is a deck beyond it, guests are strictly prohibited from venturing beyond the black wrought iron fence at the end of the patio.*** Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
