Keyless entry to the 3br/2bath, 5 minutes from two lakes! 5 mins from Rancho 181, and 20-27 mins to downtown and Lackland AFB. I am Active-duty military, and in the area are over 37 law enforcement personnel and military. Safe and very quiet neighborhood. Access to the entire home. King bed in the master suite, a queen and 2 twin size beds. Air mattress are available with notice. Fully stocked kitchen, and regular size washer and dryer provided. *Sleeps 9* *Guests pay a cleaning fee of $100* The space 3 bedrooms, 1 master suite with large closet and lots of areas for storage and a 75in TV. 2nd bedroom has a closet, and extra storage for clothes, along with a TV. Last bedroom has 2 twin size beds with a closet and extra storage as well. All beds have a zippered bedbug proof mattress encasement and a mattress protector on top of that to ensure there are no bed bugs and our guests feel safe and comfortable in our home. Towels are provided and if more are needed, please let me know. If a baby crib is needed we do charge an additional $10 per day and can be requested via message. **This home can sleep 9 or more using ALL bedrooms, a blow-up queen air mattress, and the sofa. There is an another blow up air mattress which can sleep 2 or more people if needed. ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST AFTER 6 PAYS $45 PER PERSON/PER DAY ** No smoking/vaping/parties, $250 penalty fee Guest access Guest can access the entire home l, including the front and backyard, NOT including the garage. **This is not a shared home, you are renting out the entire home.** A keypad is your way of entry so there is no need to worry about any keys and any chance of them being lost. A pin will be sent to you the day of your booking. Other things to note Booking for more than 6 people will result in each person paying $45 per day. Please let me know ahead of time if you have booked for 6 and later during your booking, another guest would like to stay. Check in will be after 3:00pm and guest must check out no later than 11:00am. A code will be sent day of your booking to enter the home. Early check in may be available for a fee of $25 every hour before regular check in time at 3pm. Please contact me in advance to arrange this. **Payment must be submitted 24 hours in advance** Please note that early check ins are not allowed until the guest pays the fee. A security camera is installed in front of the home for everyone’s safety.
