Feel the Harmony with our Cozy Houseboat

Ready to relax on the water, pictures speak for themself. Our houseboat serves as bed and bath and don't leave on dock. Our kitchen offers great equipment to feel just like home. You will be staying very close to all the attractions that kemah is famous for and only 15 min from Space Center and 45 mins to Galveston with so many great restaurant to eat around. Our location is very peaceful with a great fishing dock just steps away. The space Our Houseboat has a home amenities that feels like home. Has two AC's. Both are easy operated and temperature controlled so it won't be a problem if it's getting so cold on you. We also added extra fans and two heaters. The boat has two tv's. Both are smart TV. Take note WE DON'T HAVE WIFI connection in the boat so we have no internet tv. Both are using Antenna channels only and no cable connection. One small tv in the living room and 32 inches in the bedroom with dvd player and both can play usb. Bathroom has good shower and a bath tub. Toilet is a little different from our house toilet as it was design for boats, it's easy to manage but just pay attention for the instructions and reminders to avoid inconvenience. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook all your meals, (except oven.) Oven don't work but the cook top does. Just need to follow the instructions how to use the cooktop to avoid inconvenience. We provide dishes and pans. We do not allow grilling within the boat for safety issues. The marina has a strict policy too about the grilling within the dock so I suggest, grilling will be the meal preparation that you be excepted while staying on the boat. But with so many great places to eat in the area you may not need it. Front patio has a relaxing seats. Top deck has over a great view for overlooking lake! The houseboat is something a not typical place to stay. With the rock a by baby at night while the waves dances with the wind, surely an experienced to remember. Guest access You can have the whole boat by yourself. You can also access the Marina bath house for great shower pressure. The marina Swimming pool is not open for public. It's only applied for the member of the club and the boat owners. Guest have an access for the pool but must swim with the host or the host is in the marina (rules applied. It's for the safety of everyone.) No life Guard on duty. When going around, Kemah Boardwalk has to many fun activity to offer, rides, live music, and great food. Johnson Space Center is 15 minutes away and a trip to Galveston is less than a hour away. Other things to note NOTE TO REMEMBER. Guest must read the note before making the reservation. LOCATION: The marina located within the subdivision. Great neighborhood and nice people around. From the houseboat to the parking lot, has a little distance. Approximately 280 steps. The Marina provided carts at the entrance of every dock to help loading heavy stuffs but strictly, must return to any entrance dock for the courtesy of other user. INSIDE THE BOAT: Our boat is measured 6 feet and 3 inches. Tall guests have height of 6 feet and above must be aware of ducking inside the boat to prevent hitting the ceiling lamps and the air condition attached on the ceiling. FISHING AND KAYAKING: We don't allow fishing within the boat dock but there is a great area for fishing. We have a nice fishing pier within the marina. Not far from the boat. Approximately about 80 steps. Just bring the camping chair we provided inside the boat because there is no bench on the pier. Fishing poles and crab cage are not included. Please provide your favorite one for the convenient of your fishing. You can buy fresh one on the nearest seafood market. Just search "Seafood Market at Kemah" it will give you multiple selection. You can also rent Kayak's in many different shop around if you like more water activities. Must wear life vest when kayaking. We have extra life jackets on board, you can use them if needed, just must dry thoroughly before storing back.
