Other things to note There is a $1,000 utility deposit charged to all bookings. The owner pays the first $250 per month for utilities. Anything over this amount will be deducted from the deposit. Any unused deposit will be refunded back to the guest. Please note, we will prepare a separate lease agreement for all bookings.
