At any time both homes can be occupied. Both homes share amenities. -Parking: Main House: Accommodates 6 parking spots. Please park in front of both garages and in a circular driveway. Pool House: Accommodates 2 parking spots. Please park on left side of home by walkway -Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly observed (Quiet hours start at 10 pm.) -For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. -Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested.
