Your 115m2 chalet is located in a very quiet area of Montreux on the edge of the forest and enjoys breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Vaud Riviera. You are a few minutes from Montreux or Vevey in the heart of nature! From the veranda, the terrace, the large balcony or in the jacuzzi, you will live magical moments with a unique view of the entire Vaud Riviera. The space On the ground floor: A 15 m² veranda with a bird 's-eye view and breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. A kitchen with all the modern amenities. A cozy living room with fireplace and TV. (Chromcast) On the 1st floor: One bedroom with bed 180×200 cm and TV (Chromcast) A bedroom with a bed 180×200 cm. An office equipped for remote work (home office) and with a bed of 90×200 cm to accommodate a 5th person. A balcony equipped with a table and armchairs. For your convenience, each of the rooms on the 1st floor benefits from underfloor heating in addition to the pellet oven that diffuses heat throughout the chalet. Outdoors: Your terrace is equipped with an outdoor lounge, a friendly barbecue and a 36°C hot tub with spectacular views of the Lake Geneva basin. Your cottage is the starting point for magnificent mountain or forest hikes, to the top of the Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman, not to mention the magnificent Chemin de Narcisses. You benefit from a free covered parking space that is 100 meters from the chalet or the possibility to park on one of the four squares along the road. We live 100 meters from your home.
