Having been recently refurbished, the living room and dining room now flow as one - with scandi-inspired furniture alongside rich natural textures and white-washed wooden floorboards. It’s a place you can easily relax in. Snuggle into the sofa with a film on the Smart TV or enjoy a glass of wine in the window seat. Pick up the catch of the day from town and rustle up delicious holiday meals - the spacious kitchen has everything you need. On the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with a bathroom adjacent. Head upstairs past the exposed lime wash walls to the first floor where you’ll find an additional 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The king-size master is located at the front of the house, boasting a lovely bay window with uninterrupted views of the waves. Plus, there’s a contemporary en-suite bathroom to boot. Meanwhile, next door is a spacious second bedroom with a king-size bed and an original Victorian fireplace. Across the landing, a snug has an additional sofa-bed which can be used to accommodate an extra guest if necessary. Both share a second bathroom with a shower. Spacious and well-equipped, there’s ample room for 10 guests to spread out and relax. On the top floor, find two extra double bedrooms up in the converted attic space. Plus, a further bathroom. All with a coherent colour palette that sets a calming mood throughout. Find free parking on Beachfield Avenue outside, or at one of the local car parks in town. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and garden. Other things to note The apartment is centrally located in Newquay in the hustle and bustle of the town. This means all the local amenities are literally on your doorstep, however, it also means there is potential for noise. So please be aware of this before booking and feel free to reach out with any questions. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on sofas or beds and not left in the property unattended. We strictly do not allow party groups, including hen or stag do's. This is to prevent the upset of local residents.
