The space Cave Top is one of five cabins located in the heart of Cave City and Mammoth Cave, KY. Recently acquired, we are constantly updating and adding new amenities and structures. Our most common recent reservations are by various types of travelers. Often kayakers, hikers and bikers needing a last minute safe and clean place to get a nights rest. Due to our large property and full kitchens, travel nurses and workers try to book when they can as well however most often being booked as a wonderful choice for families and pet owners (all cabins pet friendly except cabin #1) for a budget, family friendly cabin that is safe and the ideal place for our guests to unwind after experiencing all of the local outdoor adventures or visiting the various locally owned shops. Certain times of the year, views are more prominent from the porch, but its definitely great just there in nature, year round. Our cabin offers a Queen size bed with bunk beds. There is a loveseat to sit on to enjoy watching TV or just relax for a bit. The loft contains a full size mattress and two new twin mattresses that is perfect for kids because they are at a comfortable height for them. We recommend loft areas for the youngsters only. Very high speed internet along with a table situated perfect for remote work, or just relax on the front porch calling your name for relaxation. Our workspace, which I tend to use constantly when theres a free moment to stay, is referenced to the porch seating and table. Of course, the table in the kitchen with the ability to watch out your front window is another option. But the peacefulness and especially during the fall, when leaves are falling and showing off the valley, its perfect. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Equipped with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, can opener, pots/pans and more. Hot plate for cooking Great refrigerator with freezer Our cabin is ~460sqft giving the perfect amount of space, in our opinion, for an excellent place to relax in the midst of touring Mammoth Cave, Bowling Green and the natural surroundings. While Hilltop Cabin is not brand new, it is an amazing getaway, a cabin in a beautiful piece of country which we keep very clean and include many amenities to help you relax during your time here. We provide towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and basic kitchen essentials for your stay. Please note that shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are not provided, so we recommend bringing any personal toiletries you may need. I make certain to constantly update and improve the place and always replace, update the mattresses and bedding. Buying the best for our linens, towels and updating the fun is our priority while keeping a reasonable price for anyone needing a vacation. We constantly look for ways to make the property the most fun and as peaceful as possible. I am happy for your suggestions any time. Absolutely No smoking (vape, cigarettes, herb, incense, thc, hookah, any other smoke producing device) inside of cabins, around the playground or on any of the trails please.
