You can enjoy this newly renovated accommodation for 4 people, located in the city center of Luc sur Mer, 2 steps from the beach and which even offers a side view of the sea from the balcony. This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space You will enter the accommodation through the living room composed of: - a sitting area with sofa (non-convertible) - a TV - a dining area with dining table Guests can enjoy a small balcony in the living room that will allow you to have a sea view. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes: - oven - refrigerator/freezer - induction cooktop - microwave - filter coffee machine - toaster - kettle, - dishwasher - dishes The apartment has a floor accessible by stairs. Inside, you'll find: - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed - one bedroom with a 140 cm bed accessible through the first bedroom - a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink accessible from the first bedroom as well Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. Included: linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), high chair and baby potty, welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator access. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest.
