Welcome to the Comfy Broad BnB! This walk-out 2-bedroom apartment is in a charming and centrally located neighborhood just one block from UCM. It has been fully renovated from top to bottom. Snuggle up with a movie and electric fireplace or settle in to work at the office area. Each room has its own temperature control with brand new HVAC system. The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with all the things you need to make this your home away from home. This apartment is on the lower level of our home. It has its own walk-out entrance. The apartment is self-contained with no shared spaces. The garage is not available for guests. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app. Charming, family-friendly neighborhood. We love it for the full- grown trees all around. Parking is available behind the house or use ample on-street parking. UCM is a block away if you want to walk on a nice day. The person booking must be staying at the house.
