Welcome to the Comfy Broad BnB! This walk-out 2-bedroom apartment is in a charming and centrally located neighborhood just one block from UCM. It has been fully renovated from top to bottom. Snuggle up with a movie and electric fireplace or settle in to work at the office area. Each room has its own temperature control with brand new HVAC system. The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with all the things you need to make this your home away from home. The space This apartment is on the lower level of our home. It has its own walk-out entrance. You may hear some noise from upstairs, but we do have quiet hours that must be followed. Guest access The apartment is self-contained with no shared spaces. The garage is not available for guests. Other things to note The person booking must be staying at the house. You may not book on behalf of another person. NO college students unless they are staying with a parent. ***After you submit an inquiry, we will send you the house rules. You must type "I agree" within 24 hours to complete booking.
