Modern apartment with panorama on lake Balaton located on the Silver Coast of Siófok, directly on the beach. This part of Siófok is away from the noise of parties. It is a perfect place for families and couples to relax. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the free beach. There are several restaurants and activities in the area. The city center, port, party area is a 5-minute drive or a 25 minute walk away. Private parking space provided in the closed yard. The space Our apartment is located on the third floor of a new apartment building with an elevator. It provides comfortable accommodation for 2+2 guests. The sofa in the living room can be opened into a double bed. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the spacious terrace, which offers a beautiful panorama of Lake Balaton. Both rooms have separate air conditioning. Other things to note - If you would like to arrive at the apartment at a different time than the indicated check-in hours, please inquire in a message in advance. - Accomodation fee includes 1,5 eur/person/night local tourist tax - According to local legislation, guests must fill out the guest registration form - which we send in e-mail- before moving in the apartment. - Only registered guests are allowed at the accommodation. - There are other habitants living in the neighbouring apartments. Listening to loud music and being loud in general is prohibited during daytime and nighttime as well. - The apartment will be checked upon departure; our guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
