The space The villa is designed in the classic Italian style typical of this region and is located on the first line of the lake, 16 km from the center of Como. We have preserved the atmosphere of classic Italy and enhanced the house for you to embrace all modern comfort. Everything that should be taken into account is taken into account. The house has two floors. On the first floor, there is a living room with a view of the lake, a seating area, a TV and air conditioning, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with a view of the lake.
