Relax with the whole family at this peaceful & spacious 3,600 sq. ft home. Great for large families, girls trips, pickleball weekends, anniversary parties & family reunions. Our beautiful, newly remodeled home is on 5 acres, surrounded by flowers grown for the Gresham Farmers Market by Cheng’s Family Farm. Close to the Mt. Hood Highway & the Columbia River Gorge. You’ll find everything you need around our home. Relax on the back patio, listen to the birds, watch the sun rise or set. We have a beautiful, newly remodeled home that you’ll love. As you enter our home you’ll find a spacious entry with freshly finished oak floors, a beautiful staircase leading upstairs to all the bedrooms, and off to your left a large dining area perfect for meals or games. Once upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms and a loft area complete with a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, hot pot, air fryer, toaster and several items for a quick snack. You’ll also find several board games and puzzles. Each of the spacious 4 rooms are labeled by its respective number. There is a shared full bathroom just outside room #2 and a full master suite bathroom in room 3. Rooms 1,2, and 4 share the bathroom just outside room #2. Each room has its own personal AC unit in case guests need it cooler in their rooms, while the whole house has central air. Room #1 is a beautiful light and airy suite with 2 queen beds, a cozy couch facing a wall mounted TV, a recliner, an oversized comfy chair, full closet, portacrib, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit and a white round table with 4 chairs. Room #2 has a fun adventurous theme with snowshoes, skis and a mountain flair. It has a queen bed, dresser, full closet, a ceiling fan, a desk, small tv and window AC unit. Room #3 has the best views of the property with 4 windows overlooking our farm. It has a beautiful King sized bed, a long padded bench at the end of the bed, a comfy futon that can be made into a bed, a large writing desk/swivel chair with a TV sitting perched on the desk, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit, a double bed nestled inside an open space, once used as a closet, a newly remodeled bathroom with high countertops and vessel sinks, a beautiful shower and a window in the bathroom to welcome the sounds of birds and fresh air. Room #4 is our Nautical themed room. It has a beautiful queen size bed with fun nautical pillows, a writing desk and chair, a comfy chair tucked in the corner, a white corner cupboard for storing clothing, a ceiling fan and a window AC unit. Downstairs you’ll find a lovely, newly remodeled half bath, our amazingly spacious kitchen with anything you need, our large laundry room, relaxing oversized sofa, large screen tv, our antique pine round table that seats 6 and a small sitting area for 2. Once outside, you’ll enjoy our bright and colorful patio with several different seating areas, our cherry red Pottery Barn sectional couches, lounge chairs, dining table, rocking chairs around the fire pit and other sitting areas. The bbq is available to all guests, just make sure to turn the gas line on behind the bbq and turn the burners off when finished. We have Corn Hole and bags that are resting by the bbq. Down by the sports court you’ll find the painted pickleball court, a waterproof container that holds the net and paddles and a trampoline off to the side. If you’re adventurous, take a stroll on the farm and see what flowers are growing for the Gresham Farmers Market, or visit the next door neighbors 4 horses. Maybe stroll down the road to see the goats, cows and pigs. Guests can have access to the entire upstairs, the dining room downstairs, the entry way, the half bath downstairs, the full kitchen, living room, all outdoor spaces and living areas. I’ll be able to offer help throughout your stay, by text or phone. We live on a quiet road and at night you can the bright stars. Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway, in front of the garage, the round about, and up by the shop. Please don’t block the gravel driveway that leads up to the shop, our farmers use that driveway frequently. No pets are allowed on the property, even if they are Service or Emotional Support animals. We have had several guests who have snuck pets in and destroyed our carpets. Fines will be issued for pets brought on the property against listing guidelines…$50 per day, per pet. And additional fines for any extra cleaning, carpet or rug replacements because of urine spots/stains if needed.
