It is a place to relax and recharge, to go back in time, disconnect from high paced city life and enjoy the side of life that is easy to forget. Experience the outside living as you drink your morning coffee and listen to soothing sound of the river. After a long day at the park, the decks are the perfect spots to unwind with your afternoon cocktail as you watch the sun sets. A place to remember. The space A true riverfront property, the cabin has several decks overlooking the South Fork River, mountains, and gardens that are views to remember. The home is tucked away on a quiet road and wooded neighborhood making it the perfect place to escape and unwind. It is easily accessed by paved road 4 miles from highway 198 and 10 miles from the Sequoia National Park entrance. Close to town and restaurants. 2 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed 1 pull out sofa bed in the family room 1 queen air mattress available for more than 4 guests 2 bathrooms Fully stocked kitchen Big family room, top level with game tables Guest access Guests will have have exclusive access only to 2nd and 3rd level of the chalet (garage and bottom floor is restricted to guests) and are welcome to explore the rest of the property. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the separate guest house on the property. Other things to note Fireplace out of service due to fire hazard and county regulation. Cabin is serviced by Culligan Water and has iron removal tanks but no water filter. The chalet is shared on a 2-acre lot with a guest house (used as Airbnb also) about 30 yards apart with privacy from each other and separate parking spaces. Can be both rented at the same time for bigger groups and family getaways. Lap pool is out of service. Guests have access to jacuzzi set on the hill overlooking the river. Garage is off limits to guests. Plenty of free parking spaces on the driveway. The chalet is surrounded by mountains and wilderness. Insects, rodents, birds, and wild animals are part of the environment. Management will ensure its best efforts to prevent guests from interacting with these creatures but be aware that these pests can still get inside the chalet no matter how well it is cared for. The Sierra Nevada is a rattlesnake habitat. Be cautious at all times when strolling around perimeter. Caution is required at all times due to uneven terrain. Property has no fence. The river behind the property may be high during winter and spring. NEVER dive into the water. Rocks in and around the creek are very slippery and constantly moving. Property owner is not responsible for any accidents and injuries that can occur. Release of Liability: By entering the chalet, all guests agree to hold harmless the owner of the property with respect to any claims, suits, costs, damages, liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of use of the premises and any injury or death resulting to you or any member of your party.
