Andalusian house, a nice solarium and barbecue

Welcome to our charming home in Benalmádena! Recently renovated, it combines white walls with an elegant and cozy style that will make you fall in love from the moment you arrive. Strategically located downtown, you can enjoy shopping and a wide range of cuisine. The nearby train station will allow you to explore other places. The impressive solarium on the third floor stands out, with Andalusian style, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Don't miss out! The space The property has two bedrooms, one with a large 1.5m bed, a balcony and a 55" TV, the other bedroom is for the kids with a bunk bed and a very comfortable terrace. (The bedrooms are located on the first floor) On the house's entrance floor, there is a small living room with a 55" TV, a large kitchen with everything you need, and a very comfortable bathroom with a rain shower. Up in the solarium we have a large terrace with outdoor sofa, barbecue and hammocks for sunbathing and relaxing at sunset. Guest access The accommodation is fully usable in all areas. Other things to note The house is very central and in all the surroundings there are grocery stores, restaurants etc. In the very center but on a very quiet street to rest.
