An elegant apartment in a prestigious area of Milan. We are in the Arena district, a few steps away from Moscova, Porta Nuova and Corso Sempione, with the splendid Arco della Pace standing out in front of the park. The metro stop is very close. Casa da Suite Arena is ready to welcome up to 4 guests in maximum comfort. The accommodation, with a double bedroom and a living room with kitchen, has air conditioning, unlimited wifi, smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The space Casa da Suite Arena is located a few steps from the Arena Civica in Milan, in the Moscova district, near the Arco della Pace. It is a large two-room apartment, located on the third floor (with lift) of an elegant building in the "Old Milan" style. The apartment has been designed, renovated and furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests, thanks to the double sleeping area: one in the bedroom, one in the living room. Once you enter the house, there is a full kitchen to welcome you, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. From here, you reach the living room and the bathroom. The latter has a window and is equipped with a shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The living room is spacious, bright and divided into a leisure area, with smart TV and double sofa bed (with memory foam mattress), and a dining area. Finally, the bedroom consists of a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. The whole apartment is characterized by a high coffered ceiling, authentic and nicely preserved to revive the past times. To guarantee privacy and soundproofing there are curtains, shutters and double glazed windows. The wifi connection is unlimited in optical fiber. Guest access The domestic equipment is full and refined from the smallest detail. It includes sheets, towels, shower gel and soap. Free internet access via WIFI is completely available. Each item has been carefully chosen and each room has been organised for maximum comfort in any circumstance. Other things to note To ensure you an easy check-in into the apartment we kindly ask you to notify us in case the first access will be after 10.00 pm. Check in after 10 pm has extra costs. Between 10 pm and 00.00 = extra cost of 25.00 €. Between 00.00 and 02.00 = extra cost of 45.00 €. From 02.00 cost 15.00 Euro extra per hour. The payment of the amount is requested upon delivery of the keys and can be paid in cash. Guest must be registered with an identification document. No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time. If you need an invoice make sure you have added the billing information in the online check-in link. Inside the apartment it is forbidden to smoke and it is also forbidden to organize parties. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 10pm and 8am it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors. The cleaning fee includes a normal cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is required to separate the garbage and leave the kitchen tidy. If you don't respect this rule you will be asked for an extra cleaning fee.
