Our thoughtfully decorated space boasts sleek lines, curated artwork, and a calming color palette, creating an ambiance that is both inviting and sophisticated It is in a lovely safe and quiet location with access to the park for long walks along the river and duckpond, only 3min away from the mall and the best restaurants in town. The space The room is open plan with a small kitchenette perfect for a breakaway from home. It is part of a bigger house and operates as a stand alone guest room. The Rooms have a nice wooden patio deck outside where you can relax and you have access to a big yard with a beautiful green lawn for picnics or just sitting under the beautiful Oak tree to listen to the birds or read a book. You can also access the Green area from the house where you can enjoy long walks or runs we do at least a 5km loop everyday it is safe and also features a play ground for kids. Guest access You have access to the whole property featuring the following: - Big lawn for picnics - Bench under the majestic oak tree - BBQ facility on request with a table and umbrella - Patio in front of your Room - Access to the Green Area/Park for long walks or Runs we do a 5km Loop with the dogs daily it is safe and clean it also features a playground for kids Other things to note Here are a few pointers you should know before booking. - The Rooms are designed for 2 people max there is not enough space for an assertional bed for kids. - We have a solar system so load shedding is nothing to worry about - We do not offer any meals, the room has an air fryer and microwave to ensure you can whip up your favorite meal and make great coffee. - We are situated just a block from the great Plato coffee shop if you feel like getting a takeaway cappuccino on your way out. - We have 2 Dogs Raka and Duke they are very friendly and we have never had a bad encounter with them they will only greet you and then leave you in peace they mostly live inside of our house as they are more like kids than dogs to us. - We can do laundry if you are here for an extended stay just enquire its before hand so we can make the necessary arrangements. - Room are serviced daily except on weekends.
