Enter on the bottom level where the outdoor shower, half bath and laundry are located. The stairs lead you up to the patio and living area. Or enter from the top gate and have direct access to the top yard with pool and front door entrance into the house. Guests have mostly full access to the property, the garage is locked. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved. There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
