A beautiful original Gypsy Caravan in our small field with lovely peaceful views of Dartmoor. Pleasant walks, on the edge of a village with local pub 15 min walk. Time to relax, turn off your devices, read a good book, enjoy being at one with nature and toast marshmallows by the firepit. The North Cornwall beaches are a 30 min drive, Dartmoor 45 mins. Simple cooking facilities but several local pubs serve food. A chance to relax away from life's stress. Hosts on hand but only if you need us. The space A rural location but close to Shebbear village, a 15 minute walk. The village has a pub and local village shop. Shebfest is a small festival held over the first weekend in September. The festival site is a 5 minute walk. Bude and its beaches are 30 mins drive. Supermarkets are in nearby Holsworthy and Torrington, both 10 miles away ( 20 min drive). Dartmoor and its National Park is 45 mins drive. The Tarka Trail cycle/walking trail is approximately 6 miles from the location. Guest access Guests can use the small field in which the caravan is sited and the larger field beyond. The bathroom facilities ( toilet, shower, sink ) is available in the barn for guests to use. There is a small lobby in which there is a plug socket for charging etc, and a kettle for tea/coffee. Other things to note Naturally no naked flames are permitted in the caravan, and guests are asked to make sure the firepit is out before leaving the site or retiring to the caravan.
