Beautiful Beamed Cottage

Cherry Tree Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed 300 year old beamed semi detached cottage with a traditional Inglenook fireplace and all the "mod cons", set in the heart of Alfold Village on the Surrey/West Sussex border. The space Cherry Tree Cottage is full of “oldy-worldy” charm, maintaining many original features such as exposed beams (low ceilings) and an Inglenook Fireplace. It is a place where you can relax and feel cozy after a fun busy day. The Kitchen is light and looks out to the secluded walled courtyard garden. It’s fully equipped for you to prepare meals to enjoy either at the kitchen table, dining table or outside on the patio. There are two bedrooms tastefully furnished, one has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both have walk-in wardrobes with hanging space and hangers provided. One Hairdryer is provided. The bathroom has a light-up mirror, a shower, with soaps, shampoo and towels provided. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Guest access Parking facilitates 2 cars in tandem and we ask to respect the shared drive and to only use the half nearest to the property. Access to the property is via the gate from the drive so easy to transfer bags etc. The Courtyard Garden is mainly walled and guests can use the sturdy secured shed for storing bikes if required. Other things to note For your arrival, we supply a welcome pack. The owners Liz and Trevor, live in the house to the rear of Cherry Tree Cottage and will greet you on the day of arrival.
