Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers queen bunk beds. The living area provides additional sleeping space with the full sleeper sofa, giving your group flexibility while keeping sleeping areas clearly arranged. Outdoor living Set along 250 feet of private beachfront just across M-22, the property offers a distinctive waterfront experience year-round. While kayaks are included from June to September, winter invites quieter moments - walking along the shoreline, taking in the bay views, or stepping onto the private deck for fresh air.
