It has free parking for one vehicle and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Summerside. The unit has waterfront access to Linkletter beach and is next to the provincial park. It is in a perfect and quiet location for those with a vehicle and wanting to visit areas close to Summerside, PEI. The space The guest suite includes panoramic views of the beach and has a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchenette includes a full sink, fridge, freezer, toaster oven, a double induction cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle/coffee perk, dishes, pots and frying pan. The unit has a TV (cable) and air conditioning. Bedroom features a queen bed with side tables and dresser, with a beautiful water-view to wake up to. The space also includes a large bathroom with a beautiful custom shower. Guest access Guest have access to the private guest suite on ground level and the patio that sits directly in front of their unit. The backyard is shared with the hosts and the Linkletter public beach sits directly to the left of the unit that guests can use at their leasure. Other things to note Guests have access to the entire basement suite. The basement unit is not shared with us or other guests. For private entrance, guests will be required to walk on outdoor pavers around the house to the guest suite. Registration Details 4009590
