From the property you can walk to the Oakwood dog park or Raleigh's best coffee shop (the Optimist) OR take a quick Uber to Person St, S Glenwood or your favorite downtown location. The space This is a 530 square foot one bedroom, one bath not so tiny, tiny home that is on the back corner of a lot, shared with another home. The home has an open floor plan which includes a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in island and an attached living room. Outside the unit is a patio that includes a picnic table, grill and seating area with a fire pit - all for the exclusive use of guests of the bungalow. Other things to note The bungalow is built behind the main house on the property. Each house has a unique outdoor area for its exclusive use and its own parking space. The two houses are separated by a privacy fence/screen (see pictures) and a parking area. Guests have described the setting as private and peaceful BUT it is still two houses on a single lot (albeit decently sized), so if this will bother you this is not the house for you.
