Our property is located in the green hills between Alsace and the Vosges. The 210 m² villa accommodates up to 10 people, offers magnificent views, a private tennis court, swimming pool, three-hole golf course and a gym. The spacious and fully-equipped country house includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living room with fireplace. The 10,000 m2 fenced property offers many opportunities for sports and leisure (no parties, no noise). The space Welcome to Le Chant des Sapins! The land: The vast 10,000 m² plot offers breathtaking views of the hills and forests from every point. It houses the beautiful country house, private tennis court, swimming pool, fitness cottage and three golf tees. Access by a quiet road is secured by a closed entrance gate. A roundabout offers three fixed parking spaces and space for two other vehicles, including an electric vehicle charging station with IEC type 2 plug for all electric vehicles authorized in Europe. The entire property is secure and fenced. A large hedge along the quiet access road guarantees privacy. Safety is nevertheless ensured, as the neighbors are in the immediate vicinity, hidden behind trees. The Villa: The spacious rustic-style villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The living/dining room, open on two floors, with its large bay windows, is the center and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The media space consists of a TV and a 5.1 sound system. Popular streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify can access devices right from the app. All year round, the combined heat pump and air conditioning guarantee pleasant temperatures in the living room. In addition to the fireplace, underfloor heating guarantees warm feet in winter. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs. In addition to the six-burner electric stove and oven with range hood, large side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and dishwasher, you can use a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery are available in sufficient quantity. On the shelves, you will find spices, vinegar and oil, among other things. The kitchen is equipped with another dining table, where you can for example have your breakfast. Ground floor: On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with an extra-long double bed of 1.60 x 2.10 m and built-in wardrobes for clothes and luggage. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors can be electrically darkened by roller shutters. The ground floor bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and urinal is provided for guests in the two lower bedrooms. There are plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo available. Additional guest toilets are located in the center of the ground floor, the sink is separate and is just outside the door. A laundry room equipped with a large washer and a modern condensation dryer allows laundry to be done during extended stays. Washing and cleaning utensils are available. Upstairs: The mezzanine opens onto the living room. A desk is installed there, with stunning views of the greenery through the skylight. With the Wi-Fi/fiber optic connection, you can host an HD video conference while the rest of the family streams videos. A printer is also available and can be used. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with a very large 180 x 210 cm double bed and a large closet. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views of the mountains and fields and provide access to a private balcony. The room has its own heat pump and air conditioning, which can be activated separately. Upstairs are two more attic bedrooms with two single beds each. As the first of the two bedrooms is a windowless walk-through bedroom, they are particularly suitable for children who can have their own little kingdom. The upstairs bathroom meets all needs. It has a double sink and a spacious bathtub, as well as a shower. The toilet can be locked separately and a urinal is located next to the bathtub in the bathroom. Here too, there are plenty of towels and quality utensils such as shower oil, shampoo and body lotion in sustainable dispensers as well as bath additives for the bathtub. Outdoor space Terrace: The terrace is a smooth transition between the villa and the grounds. Sun loungers and seats spread across the terrace provide plenty of space for everyone, as well as a large outdoor table for eating, drinking and relaxing together. An authentic charcoal barbecue is also available. Pool: On the side of the house is the heated pool. The pool has a total length of 11 meters and a depth of 2.4 meters at its deepest point. The child safety gate opens and closes electrically. A heat pump heats the pool in a CO2-neutral manner and a solar shower provides hot and cold water. Tennis: Our tennis court offers spectacular views of the hills and forests of the Vosges. The tennis court uses a very popular coating in France, manufactured by the renowned supplier COTENNIS (porous concrete covered with pure acrylic paint with silica according to the TENNCOURT process). This coating allows you to play again very quickly after rain. It only takes a few minutes to dry completely. The court is pleasantly fast and complies with ITF 5 standard. We recommend Allcourt tennis shoes for playing. Golf: Three holes in total allow you to fine-tune your handicap between two rounds. The greens of the golf courses are made of synthetic grass and each has a small sand bunker. Holes 1 and 3 (61 and 75 m respectively) allow you to practice pitching and putting, while hole 2, quite difficult with its narrow central fairway (145 m), offers you the opportunity to take out your wooden clubs! A set of clubs for men and one for women are available for use with confidence. Fitness: on nearly 20 square meters, the heated gym is equipped with a yoga mat, a set of short dumbbells, long dumbbells and a plyo box, a pull-up bar and an adjustable incline bench. Gymnastics rings and resistance bands of different thicknesses are also available. A Schwinn IC Elite spinning bike is also located on the villa's gallery. Ping-pong: Ping-pong is a highlight for young and old, especially if you can play on the terrace with a great view. Our ping pong table is always available for a game from time to time, with rackets and a set of balls.
