Book now and experience Nashville like a local! Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire second floor guest suite, with one designated parking space. There is another rental below this one, and is rented separately. While it's possible that sound may carry between levels of the home, we ask all guests to ensure moderate noise levels out of mutual respect and consideration. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the studio. There is another rental below this one and is rented separately. For your safety and ours, three cameras are actively recording on the rear of the office we share the parking lot with, that capture the parking and rental exterior only.
