The studio is reached by an exterior staircase at the rear of the building. There is a separate rental below this one (Belmont Flat), a ground-floor studio rented independently. Sound can carry between the two levels, so we ask all guests to keep noise at moderate levels out of mutual respect. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, hand and dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. There is a separate rental below this one (Belmont Flat), a ground-floor studio rented independently. For your safety and ours, three security cameras are actively recording on the rear exterior of the shared office building next to the parking lot — they cover the parking area and rental exterior only.
