The bedrooms are light and airy, with plenty of storage space for your belongings, and the beds are fitted with extremely high-quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. Our property is also ideally located for those who want to explore the Jurassic Coast, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its unique geological features and stunning landscapes. Whether you want to take a boat trip along the coast, go fossil hunting, or simply soak up the sun on the beach, our property is the perfect place to start your adventure. In terms of amenities, our property is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable lounge where you can relax and unwind. There is also parking which is hard to come by in Branscombe. At the rear of the property there is one space in the shared car park "cant be guaranteed", as well as a choice to use the outdoor courtyard for a second or your primary vehicle. This would impact the outdoor space but this is up to you if you choose to use it. You should make your way to the rear of the property to park your car. Please don't drive down the front entrance as its a narrow lane. There is a Key safe of which the code will be given to you prior to arrival. This code changes frequently for security. Other things to note The walk to beach is less than 10 minute walk, or you can drive to the beach car park in 2 minutes. its charges on exit at roughly £1 an hour. The mains pressure for the water is very high as we are first in the chain of thw supply, just only place this can have an adverse effect is in the primary shower room. Feel free to use the rainfall shower but don't use on full power as it can rapidly fill up the shower tray. All the heating is electric/WIFI and will be set to a comfortable temperature prior to your arrival for your convenience. You can also change the temperature on the unit itself at the touch of a button.
