Its location within the historic center allows you to enjoy walking in its Proximities of the Macarena Basilica, the Feria Street Market, or the River Dock Guadalquivir, as well as multiple churches. About ten minutes on foot you can find also the Metropol Parasol (Setas de Sevilla), or the Museum of Fine Arts among other areas emblematic of the city. The apartment, very spacious, with a careful design and perfectly equipped, has a maximum capacity for four people. Conceived as an open space, it distributed in ground and mezzanine floors thanks to its just over four and a half meters of full height, with living room and kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms (one of them on the mezzanine open to the rest of the rooms), two dressing rooms and two bathrooms (one per floor, counting the one on the ground floor with a large bathtub). At the bottom of the stairs that connects the two floors, a cupboard-pantry has been designed where you can find small home appliances.
