Tree house room close to the beach in an absolutely tranquil spot surrounded by trees and nature. Enjoy your tea or coffee on the daybed on the undercover day bed or on the deck, wake up to the birds and the ocean, cycle or drive to the beach within minutes. Or use the great location to either visit Byron or the lush surrounds. Relax and sleep in your comfy queen bed or sit at the desk for a bit of work, if really need be. And ask me about one of the many local favourite spots in the area. The space Enjoy your comfortable room with views into the green and rising sun through the leaves of the lush jungle like garden... Super specious bathroom with shower and bath tub which is only occasionally to be shared when there is another guest. A day bed right at your doorstep out there can be used but is shared with the neighbouring room. The undercover outdoor area not only invites for a brekkie or Lunch in the sun but also just to relax and read a book while the rain is pouring from the sky... Upstairs with the super cosy day bed on the main deck, the full set up kitchen, dining area and lounge are only available after coordination with me. Usually in the day time this can easily be shared with me, but in the morning and evening might not be available. You have plenty of room and cooking possibilities downstairs though... Enjoy nature surrounding you. Aircon available for $5/night as there is a fan and I want to encourage saving electricity. Also given this room is usually the cheapest on the market in Byron I cannot sport big electricity bills - please understand Guest access Your room, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry and under cover outdoor spaces are all freely available at any time.. Other things to note The house has 4 bedrooms but very rarely will they all be booked. So usually it can be that you are by yourself or 1-4 other guests. But feel free to ask and I can try to give you a better picture of what is the scenario for your booked dates.. This bedroom unfortunately has a stained carpet from previous guests.
