Layout The 420 m2 Villa Reale spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 en-suite bedrooms. Ground Floor The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a 65’’ TV and a SONY Bluetooth speaker to enhance your entertainment. The fireplace adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the space, while the seating area offers ample room for socializing with friends and family. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the expansive windows that offer sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Outdoor area The 2300 m2 exterior of Villa is a veritable oasis, offering many facilities which include: - A private, heated swimming pool that measures an impressive 95 square meters and is 1.4 meters deep, complete with a shallow compartment for kids, in-pool sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The pool can also be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool area is equipped with comfy sunbeds, bean bag loungers, side tables, umbrellas, and a poolside shower, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. - The outdoor dining area and shaded pergola are ideal for al fresco dining, while the fully equipped BBQ area and even a pizza oven are perfect for entertaining guests with a lovely homemade meal. - The lawn covered areas on either side of the pool provide ample space for kids to play, and a dedicated playground is also available.
