Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private, modern studio suite on the first floor of a single family home in Glen Allen, Virginia. The home is located in a quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood that is close to both Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Richmond and an even closer 10 minutes to Short Pump, both packed with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers. The space There is a private entrance for the guest suite that has a keypad lock on it. There is a bedroom area furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and dresser. There is a curtain that can be pulled to separate the bedroom area from the living room area. The living room area has a workspace provided that includes a desk, chair, and lamp. The wifi information can be found on the desk at the workspace. The living room has a couch that is able to be pulled out to create a full sized bed with extra linens, sheets, and blankets found in the chaise of the couch. The living room also is furnished with a coffee table, bookcase with books included, indoor fireplace, and 50-inch HD smart TV where guests are able to sign in to their Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO Max accounts. There is a private full bathroom in the suite that has a shower where shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. Towels of various sizes can be found in the bathroom as well. There is a kitchenette attached to the guest suite that has a full-sized refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, and air fryer/toaster oven. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee, tea, and some goodies prior to arrival. The kitchenette also has dishes, silverware, a nutribullet to blend smoothies, and cleaning supplies. Guest access Guests have the private guest suite all to themselves on the first floor of the home. Guests are able to enjoy the outdoors in a shared space that has patio furniture and a fire pit. Behind the home guests can find wooded area with a hiking path made towards the left of the backyard that leads to a local park, Echo Lake Park, which is great for nature lovers and runners. Other things to note When parking, we ask that guests park as far left on the driveway by the lamp post in order for family members to be able to access the garage and back down the driveway with their vehicles. Once when inside the unit, we ask if you would kindly remove your shoes to help us keep it clean and sanitary for everyone. Thank you!
