Guests SHARE a hall bathroom with one other unit. Plenty of light and coin operated laundry in the building at this centrally-located place. Denver Residential Rental License 2023-BFN-0001044 Guest access Apartment is centrally located with a bus stop 1/2 a block away. Vehicles are not necessary to get a great experience of Denver if you live in this space. We may have one garage parking spot available for a midsize or smaller vehicle ($125 per month prorated). Just ask! Other things to note -Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings. -This is a dormitory style apartment and it shares a bathroom with another apartment. -We do not provide streaming services with the TV. (The internet speed is very fast, 100 mbps.) -We provide pillows, bed sheets, towels and hangers for your convenience. We also supply one roll of toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, some hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent and a couple of trash bags to get you started for your month+stay. (We do not provide paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent.) -There are motion activated cameras on the front porch, front door, back patio, laundry room and upstairs porch -We ask guests that need to receive mail via USPS to get a P.O. box. (Guests may receive packages from UPS and FedEx) -We can not accept guests with pets. A resident of the property has severe allergies to pets. The ventilation system is shared and this is a risk to their health.
