80 m² single-story cottage, south-facing, 3 bedrooms You will enjoy the (shared) Zen pool and its green space for much of the year. As well as the garden furniture and the plancha under the arbor. Perfect your tan and take a nap in the shade of the mulberry tree! Off-season, you'll enjoy a bright living room/kitchen and three particularly comfortable bedrooms. Simmons 160 cm bedding, cotton linens, 120 and 140 cm TV (180 channels, Smart TV, Netflix included). Rest easy! The space Important: The JACUZZI is only available from March to December. Minimum 2-night stay: 60 euros, then 20 euros per additional night. Weekly package €100. To be paid on site. No credit cards. the Jacuzzi is cleaned between each rental. usable in hot bath 24/24. avoid bubbling noise after 10 p.m. Remember to confirm the jacuzzi at the time of booking. Warning: heating time of about 10 hours (the spa may not be hot yet when you arrive). The accommodation includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa overlooking the terrace and the south-facing garden. Three very comfortable bedrooms with French windows overlooking the terrace to the south or the countryside to the rear of the house. The bedrooms are served by a central corridor. They are equipped with veils and blackout curtains, a dresser for two people or a wardrobe, as well as a connected screen of 120 or 140 cm. Mattresses and cushions are protected by hygienic covers. You will find a bathroom at the end of the hallway with toilet and bathtub. The house is adjoining two other dwellings that make up the farmhouse. The terrace and part of the garden are reserved for you. Not overlooked. Children can play safely in the garden. Parking is available directly in front of the gate, on the private road. Possible connection to the sector for electric vehicles, with extension (€0.25/kWh). The house is well-equipped but I can also provide free of charge (on request) any equipment that is not listed; e.g. childcare equipment, baby toys, soccer ball, raclette, fondue, etc. THE ACCOMMODATION IS WELL SUITED FOR TELEWORKING. You have a small office with a comfortable chair set up in a space separating the living room from the bedrooms. Quiet and very well-served environment. Fiber-Very high speed. Wired connection possible. The price of your stay can be adjusted off-season for stays equal to or greater than a week. Feel free to write to me. Guest access The accommodation and adjoining garden are completely private, not overlooked. You will also have a shared grassy garden that is particularly appreciated by children. Three parking spaces are reserved for you in front of the accommodation, on the private road. Trucks can also be parked in the private lot next to the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation is in a quiet hamlet, close to all amenities. A few minutes from the train stations and Avignon airport, it is an ideal country house for remote work or for family vacations. Central starting point to many tourist sites: Avignon, Alpilles, Pont du Gard, Luberon, Vaucluse, Camargue, Côte Bleue, Calanques... The area is also particularly renowned for cycling and running. A typical Provencal bar-restaurant is 200 meters from the cottage. "Bodegas" evenings are organized from Thursday to Saturday. Many other establishments, bars, restaurants (for all budgets), nightclubs, await you a few minutes drive away. From May to September, Provençal festivals follow one another every weekend in the surrounding villages. Off season, you can also enjoy some bullfighting or folkloric entertainment. From November to December you will discover the Christmas markets and the Provençal nativity scenes.
