The first floor is owner occupied but we provide privacy to our guests so they can fully enjoy the amenities offered in the property, only shared by other guests. The neighborhood is secure and it's surrounded by nature. Strategically located between the two mayor conservation areas in Puerto Viejo: 16min -14km- NW drive to Cahuita National Park and 25min -17km- NE drive to Refugio Nacional Gandoca-Manzanillo. Playa Negra is the closest beach 2min -1.5km- drive, Puerto Viejo 5min -3.4km- drive, Cocles 10min -5.5km- drive, Playa Chiquita 18min -9km- drive, Punta Uva 20min -13km- drive-, Manzanillo 24min -17km- drive (Times vary according driving hours and season). Guests won't need a 4x4 to access to the property but a car is recomended to explore the area. Guest access Our guests have access to all shown in pictures. There is available one covered parking space (one more not covered if need it). Besides the indoor areas they have a private balcony. And access to shared areas: pool, playground, deck, grill and a bigger balcony. Plus they can use the outdoor shower before getting into the pool.
