Oktoberfest for families!

We offer two rooms in our house. One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) in the attic, another bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed (140x200) and above it a bunk bed. The newly built small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is in the attic. The place is ideal for families with children, or for two couples. There are also 2 lovely cats. The S-Bahn train (e.g. to Oktoberfest) is within 10 minutes' walking distance. Guest access The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and in the attic, accessible via the shared staircase and hallway. The two bedrooms and the private bathroom are exclusively for the guests. In addition, other rooms can also be shared by arrangement, such as the kitchen, living room or laundry room with washing machine. During your stay We are happy to help with any questions and are always available for guests. Other things to note In the bedroom in the attic, a couch can be converted into a small bed for another child. There is no extra charge for this.
