MULINO ROYAL is an independent house located on the banks of the Telo River, in the central village of Argegno. It is a two-level independent house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and heating. The space MULINO ROYAL is a residence converted from an old mill, with the millstone disc still present, which is very evocative. The house has been recently renovated with high-quality materials. MULINO ROYAL Lake Como is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: a spacious entrance with a living room featuring a sofa and TV area. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a balcony with a table and chairs, offering a view of the river. Finally, on this floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, the attic sleeping area features two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The apartment, accessible only on foot and without private parking (with public parking 300 meters away), offers Wi-Fi throughout the house and can accommodate up to 4 people. While the apartment does not have air conditioning, it remains cool even in the summer thanks to its partial construction in the rock and its location along the river. Guest access MULINO ROYAL is accessible only on foot by walking a short distance through the pedestrian area of Argegno. Public paid parking is available 300 meters away, where it will be mandatory to display daily parking tickets, which we sell, at a cost of €3.50, valid for 24 hours. Other things to note All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person. During the cold season, heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: €10.00 per day.
