Modern wood cabinets, double built-in oven, walk-in pantry, and veggie sink, along with stainless steel appliances, all stand ready to assist as you create your culinary delights. A reverse osmosis system is also installed for the sink and fridge. Stay connected to friends and family, whether you are in the kitchen, the great room, or poolside. The Master bedroom is a tranquil haven with dual postless sliders that overlook the pool and river. Attached is the en-suite master bath with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Wake up to the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy your coffee poolside as you take time to breathe! Both the other guest bedrooms are well-appointed to ensure peaceful and restful nights, so you can awaken refreshed to tackle the day's adventures ahead. All three bedrooms have their en-suite bath with stone countertops throughout. The heart of this home is undeniably the outdoor living area! Access through the great room out to the large patio with a glistening pool and private half bath. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
